Property Manager

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of property operations, maintenance, and Resident relations.
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of property upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of Resident interactions, contracts, and financial transactions.
- Address Resident concerns promptly through effective conflict management and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of facilities.
- Attend meetings with the Board of Directors Monthly or as required
- Attend Head Office monthly
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in property management and administration.
- Strong understanding of the Condo Act.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
