Our client, Canada's largest provider of sustainable construction materials, is seeking a Plant Manager in North Bay, ON who is highly motivated to achieve goals. The plant manager will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the cement plant, overseeing the manufacturing of products, ensuring that deadlines are met and that quality standards are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the operations of the cement plant.
Work closely with employees.
Monitor employees' through performance reviews.
Establish and monitor key performance measures for inventory management, maintenance, performance, quality, and financial performance
Coordinate, implement and maintain safe work practices
Travel twice a month to Manitoulin

**Skills**:
Be a motivational leader and promote superior work performance
Ability to provide complete, direct and actionable feedback
Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the desire to seek solutions

Education & Experience

Post secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, or business
5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a heavy industrial domain

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

Aggregate or Cement Industry: 3 years (required)
Heavy Equipment Operation: 1 year (preferred)
Mining Industry: 1 year (preferred)
Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
