**Job Description**:
We are hiring a **Manager, Expense Management.**

The Manager will lead a team of high-performing senior financial analysts who provide budgeting and financial support to senior leadership within Advisory Network. The Manager is also responsible for overall expense planning, reporting and analysis including direct expense support for strategic initiatives.

The Manager is responsible for a broad range of financial support, including period end close, acquisition accounting treatment as well as influencing expense spend and practices within the Advisory Network business unit.

**What you will do**
- Oversight of target setting, budget creation, input and tracking results (full service budget creation including recoveries, premises etc.)
- Partner with the functional areas to provide financial guidance and knowledge, develop and instill Key Performance Indicators and facilitate business case creation
- Lead, develop and support a high-performance finance team
- Supports continuous improvement as a method to drive quality, optimize service and reduce cost
- Drive results and contribute changes to processes that improve organizational performance and creates a culture of accountability
- Translate financial impacts to functional goals and priorities or vice versa

**What you will bring**
- 10 years experience in financial analysis with 5 years of leadership experience
- CPA designation
- Possesses a high degree of financial, analytic and problem solving skills
- Able to translate complex financial problems or business/operational goals/events into analysis, and clearly communicate results to individuals without a finance background
- Proven experience providing dedicated support to ensure staff development
- Build the culture and develop high performing financial business partners
- Able to foster collaborative partnerships and act as a financial facilitator
