We are a retail store specializing in home appliances, furniture, and TVs, and we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling appliances, furniture, and TVs to customers in our store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Greeting customers and identifying their needs
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals
- Maybe going on deliveries for setting up products (if required)

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in selling home appliances and furniture
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as three weekdays
- Comfortable with online communication and technology
- Positive attitude and team player mentality

**Salary**: From $2,583.33 per month

- Guelph, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
