**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies for account growth.
- Experience managing P&L and working within a budget.

- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends.
- Ability to travel for work as required.
- Proficient with Amadeus and Sabre.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience with a registered IATA Travel Agency.
- Proficient on Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Experience collaborating within our teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
