Duties
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Maintain relationships with travel vendors, negotiating contracts and securing the best rates for services.
- Monitor travel budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Provide support and assistance to travelers before, during, and after their trips, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
- Prepare reports on travel activities and expenditures for management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in travel management or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Familiarity with international travel regulations is a plus.
