Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles in the new die plant.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks, references, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to support hiring efforts.
- **Proven experience** (5+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, skilled trades, or industrial settings.
- Strong background in **sourcing, screening, and hiring** for high-volume recruitment projects.
- Experience attending **career fairs, networking events, and building external partnerships** to attract talent.
- Ability to work independently and **self-manage** recruitment activities without direct supervision.
- Familiarity with **applicant tracking systems (ATS)** and other recruitment tools; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and best practices in recruitment strategies.
- Experience coordinating **pre-employment processes** such as background checks and onboarding.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring needs efficiently.
- Previous experience in **contract or project-based recruitment** is a plus.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
