**Responsibilities**:
**1. Parts Inventory Management**:
Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of automotive parts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels

**2. Supplier Relations**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive parts suppliers.
Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and discounts with suppliers.
Stay informed about industry trends and new products to ensure a competitive edge.

**3. Team Leadership**:
Lead a team of parts department staff, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of the parts team.

**4. Customer Service**:
Interact with customers to identify their automotive parts needs.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

**5. Budget Management**:
Work closely with the management team to develop and adhere to the parts department budget.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and service.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in inventory management systems and software.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
