We’re hiring a full-time **Framer** to join our growing team. If you’re skilled with tools, precise in your work, and reliable on site, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be responsible for framing on residential and commercial projects, working closely with site supervisors and other trades.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Construct, assemble, and install wood and steel framing for walls, floors, and roofing
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and framing equipment
- Measure, cut, and join materials with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site preparation
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet project deadline
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous wood and steel framing or carpentry experience (3-5 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and in varied site conditions
- Punctual, team-oriented, and dependable
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in steel stud framing or wood framing/carpentry.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and site equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- First Aid Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC safety standards and commitment to safe practices

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive hourly wage**:minimum $35.00 per hour, or based on experience**:

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend shifts based on project needs
