- Perform quality checks on all products and materials to ensure compliance with company standards
- Oversee the production process to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards
- Implement and maintain food safety and quality control programs
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for all processes
- Monitor and verify equipment calibration, maintenance, and cleaning procedures
- Train and supervise production staff in food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Create product labels to identify finished goods
- Understand orders and their impact on the production schedule, ensuring timely receipt of materials and supplies to meet production needs
- Assist in other tasks as assigned by management

- Proven experience in food manufacturing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in French and English, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsabilités:
- Effectuer des contrôles de qualité sur tous les produits et matériaux pour garantir leur conformité aux normes de l'entreprise
- Superviser le processus de production pour garantir que tous les produits respectent les normes de qualité et de sécurité
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des programmes de contrôle de la qualité et de la sécurité alimentaire
- Développer et maintenir des procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) et des instructions de travail pour tous les processus
- Surveiller et vérifier l'étalonnage, la maintenance et les procédures de nettoyage de l'équipement
- Former et superviser le personnel de production en matière de sécurité alimentaire, de contrôle de la qualité et de conformité réglementaire selon les besoins
- Veiller à la conformité à toutes les lois et réglementations applicables
- Gérer les niveaux de stock pour garantir le maintien des niveaux appropriés
- Créer des étiquettes de produits pour identifier les marchandises finies
- Comprendre les commandes et leur impact sur le planning de production, en veillant à la réception en temps voulu des matériaux et fournitures pour répondre aux besoins de production
- Aider dans d'autres tâches assignées par la direction
Exigences:
- Expérience avérée dans la fabrication alimentaire
- Excellente attention aux détails et compétences organisationnelles
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Souplesse et capacité à s'adapter aux priorités et tâches changeantes
