**Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Office Administrator provides a wide variety of administrative and clerical support to the Grande Prairie divisional office.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Receive packing slips and receiving documents in JD Edwards.
- Coding of Non-PO invoices.
- Uploading invoices and corresponding documentation to OnBase.
- Managing OnBase queues for incoming invoices from the Shared services Group.
- Take and place orders for office supplies, and deliver them to the proper departments.
- Receive, sort and deliver any mail or fax deliveries to their intended recipients.
- Maintain inventory of postal supplies, including envelopes, stamps, labels, and currier supplies.
- Organize interoffice and outgoing mail deliveries, utilizing postal and currier services to ensure on time deliveries.
- Other Administrative duties as required.

**Requirements/ Experience**:

- Minimum, High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Post-secondary graduate, with a major in Administration or Business from a recognized institution preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year office related experience in an administrative or clerical role required.
- Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 10 LBS on a regular basis.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed in an indoor setting and may include a combination of standing, sitting and walking. Sitting for extended periods of time is required.
- This is a customer facing position, professionalism at all times is key.
- Work involves a high degree of concentration, accuracy, problem solving, communication and working under time constraints.
- Short periods of travel may occur on rare occasions.
