**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform flooring installation, ensuring proper techniques and materials are used for durability and aesthetics.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Build, assemble, and install structures such as frameworks, walls, roofs, and cabinetry.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing wood and other materials.
- Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and material needs accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Skills**
- Proficient in flooring installation techniques.
- Strong ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Extensive experience as a carpenter with a solid understanding of construction methods.
- Capable of building and assembling structures with precision.
- Familiarity with maintenance person tasks beyond carpentry is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of power tools essential for carpentry work.
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices to ensure project feasibility.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
