**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Assistant’s role is to support the Project Manager with all of the necessary tasks which help ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and on budget. These activities include gathering data for progress reports on: budget, milestone events, technical progress, resource availability, procurement issues and roadblocks as well as supporting internal and external meetings and other administrative activities required by internal procedures and customer contracts.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support multi-disciplinary projects from contract award, through execution and delivery of the product, adhering to all company procedures and project-specific contractual terms and conditions;
- Support communication across all departments to plan, track, and coordinate product development activities;
- Gather data on all activities and the progress of deliverables that will be used to generate formal and informal project reports;
- Generating and update task cards in MS Planner;
- Assist with facilitating meetings including generating agendas and minutes for each meeting;
- Other related duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum 1-year experience working in a product development environment;
- Strong English oral/written communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail;
- Demonstrated skill using Microsoft Office products;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a liaison between different departments;
- Ability to pro-actively identify problems and possible solutions;
- Ability to determine sub-tasks necessary to complete high-level tasks based on written requirements and information presented at meetings;
- Demonstrated time management, planning, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills;
- Ability to understand requirements and work with mínimal supervision;
- PMP certification an asset;
- Fluency in other languages an asset;
- Experience in an AS9100 Aerospace environment an asset;

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
