**Pho Le Anh in Aurora, ON is looking for enthusiastic servers/waiters to join our team**

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Restaurant Manager to join our team This position plays a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience at Pho Le Anh.

**_**Position is available for full time.**_**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take orders from customers
- Answer questions about menu items, food sensitivities and food substitutions
- Give customers suggestions for food and drinks and tell them about any special menu items
- Serve beverages and deliver food to customers
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
- Arrange and process takeout orders
- Process customer payments
- Remove dirty dishes from tables to avoid clutter while customers are eating
- Clean tables after customers have finished their meals
- Keep store clean
- Arrange tables with menus

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 to 2 years of restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Prior barista experience preferred but not required
- Quick learner
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Organized
- Team player
- Good time management skills

**LANGUAGE**:

- English (required)
- Vietnamese (preferred)
- Cantonese/Mandarin (preferred)

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
