**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks and checks
- Perform basic support and troubleshooting, escalating when necessary
- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations to the GM
- Keep up-to-date list of all applicable IT assets
- Perform seasonal setup, re-location, or replacement of equipment
- Process incoming and outgoing equipment and supply shipments
- Undertake project tasks and changes as assigned
- Assist with other IT duties when needed

**Job Requirements / Qualifications**:

- 2 years of IT support experience
- Education in computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent formal educational program with relevant IT technical and project management experience
- Outstanding knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of POS systems

This is a year round position with an expected commitment of at least one year. Ideally, we would like to hire for a June 1 start date.

We are not entertaining applicants that don't have legal authority to work in Canada right away.
