**You as an Information Security Analyst**:

- Develop, update, maintain & regularly review IT security policies, standards and procedures, ensuring policies align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Understand relevant regulations, industry standards and government contract IT security requirements.
- Collaborate with all levels throughout the enterprise to complete risk assessments of existing technology assets, new technology evaluations & deployment projects, and vendor contracts.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Monitor and prepare reports on risk levels, assessments and compliance status.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Participate in data governance initiatives.
- Review & advise on IT related contract requirements.

**This is the right role for you, if you have**:

- Minimum 5 years' related work experience
- Post secondary education in IT, Information \ Cyber Security, or relevant industry experience
- Experience working in Information Security \ Governance, Risk & Compliance
- In-depth working knowledge of industry frameworks & certification, including NIST
- Strong interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Experience supporting government \ federal sensitive projects
- Obtaining Level II (Secret Clearance) with the Government of Canada, supported by EllisDon is mandatory for continued employment
- Able to work in the EllisDon Mississauga Office (1004 Middlegate Rd #1000, Mississauga, ON L4Y 1M4) or from the London Office (2045 Oxford St E, London, ON N5V 2Z7)?
