We currently have an opening for in our Ayr, Ontario location for an **Inside Sales Support Position. T**his is a full-time seasonal position with an annual winter lay-off. This key position within our organization will report to the Office Supervisor

**JOB SUMMARY**

The Inside Sales group supports customers by providing knowledgeable information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. We are the front-line support for the sales organization and our customers. Creating and maintaining positive relationships is an essential part of our job as such, we must respond to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Inside sales plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
- Answer customer questions in a knowledgeable and timely manner.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to assist with maintaining the efficient operation of the office, including, but not limited to, review of outstanding orders, random load audits, cycle counting.
- Promoting and abiding ongoing safety in the workplace.
- Process customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Willing to work extra hours if required to complete tasks.
- Working directly with Commercial contractors and Commercial Territory Managers.
- Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum High School graduate.
- CRM or Project experience would be considered an asset.
- Proficient computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform basic math equations to use for estimating the cost of landscape projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work with strict deadlines, attend to projects, and work processes with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills, being able to manage a busy environment with many interruptions.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment driver and criminal background check.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
