Our Organization Prime Health Ltd. is a fastest growing NNHP (Natural and Non-prescription Health Product) manufacturing company based in Maple Ridge, BC having presence in North America, Asia, Middle East and Latin American countries. We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for **Quality Assurance (QA) Technician**who can contribute in the following activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Issuance, and retrieval of records and documents.
- Review of new and executed batch records and follow-up cross-functional department.
- Issuance of all QMS documents like Change control, deviation, CAPA, and updating in the tracker.
- Follow up on closing QMS elements, investigation reports, and review documents for completion, and close based on supporting documents.
- Updating the tracker sheet based on the batch record data.
- Preparation of trend analysis of QMS and based on the result CAPA to be identified for improvement.
- Maintain a master list of controlled documents and ensure their periodic review and updates.
- Tracking, activities completion as per frequency defined in SOPs.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar role.
- University Degree (Post graduate degrees and Health Professional degrees are preferred)
- Basic knowledge in CFIA FSEP Manual and HACCP System preferred.
- In-depth understanding of quality systems
- Knowledge of Natural Health product formulation is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to identify compliance risks.
- Excellent scientific knowledge
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents such as Health Canada guidance documents to provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills, troubleshooting skills, time management skills.

**Job location**: Maple Ridge, BC

**Job type**: Full time (6 months contract with the possibility of extension or permanent position)
