**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the restaurant environment.
**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system.
- Serve drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing concerns or complaints professionally.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
