We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic, diverse team in the role of **Human Resource Coordinator** for our head office/production facility, located in Scoudouc, NB.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time HR Coordinator to assist with day-to-day human resources functions. The HR Coordinator will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR activities. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for human resources who is looking to contribute to a growing team while working flexible hours.

**Job Duties**:

- **Employee Records**: Maintain and update employee files and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with general HR-related concerns.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the HR department.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support position is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of employment law, immigration procedures, and best practices in HR is an asset.
- A strong commitment to safety and confidentiality.
- **Studying or currently pursuing a degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.**:

- **French is an asset.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
