**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Medium-Sized GIS Projects and act as GIS SME on large Enterprise Projects
- Maintain sensitive in-house and 3rd-party data/services acquired from public data sources, internal users, and industry data vendors.
- Support and train ArcGIS Desktop and Web GIS users in aspects of map production, data manipulation/management, publishing, and spatial analytics.
- Advance data specifications governing collection, quality control, display/provisioning, and maintenance of SDE and Web-based content. Interface with architecture team to ensure alignment with corporate best practices pertaining to data management.
- Assess, Architect, Coordinate, Build, and Deliver GIS solutions to end-user community.
- Test new or updated GIS software and tools for ability to fit documented workflows and user needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics/GIS discipline, or certification in GIS technology/software
- Minimum 8 years of industry-related GIS experience; experience in the midstream oil and gas industry would be considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of spatial/relational data, and emerging spatial data formats, and their use within the ESRI platform.
- Deep understanding of the mechanics of ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, ArcGIS Server, and ability to create and publish mobile and web GIS apps.
- Extensive experience with ArcGIS Pro and a deep understanding of contemporary ESRI Enterprise Database Technology. Experience with PODS data model would be an asset
- Knowledge of projections and coordinate systems.
- Basic SQL, enterprise RDBMS, scripting (e.g., Python, Arcade), and ETL toolsets.
- Understanding of field maintenance operations, pipeline construction, emergency management and pipeline integrity activities.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience managing GIS projects and mobile/in-field data capture is an asset.
