**About this Role**:
** This is a full-time, on-site position that requires travel to each of our Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Listowel clinic locations **
As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the face and voice of our clinics. You are as passionate about helping others as you are about networking and building strong, trusting relationships. You’re able to quickly put minds at ease when walking patients through their comprehensive treatment plans and flexible financing options that best suit their individual needs. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome new patients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach, providing tours of our clinics, and introducing them to our team.
- Determine the patient and parents’ chief concerns and their goals for orthodontic treatment
- Summarize the patient’s information for the orthodontist (patient’s age, DDS, reason for appointment, dental and health history, chief complaint, etc.)
- Assist in the Orthodontists’ examination and data collection, recording data quickly, concisely, and accurately.
- Review and discuss treatment plans with patients utilizing available tools (video, power-point, pictures, appliances etc.)
- Review financial contracts and work with the patient to find the best payment options for their investment
- offer promos and discounts if applicable
- review insurance details if applicable
- Act as a liaison between the doctor and the patient.
- Act as a liaison between the doctor and any other Dental Specialist or General Practitioner.
- Maintain recall program and complete monthly analytics.
- Complete any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or Leadership Team.
**About You**:
- You have a valid Driver’s License and vehicle
- You are a Canadian Citizen or permanent resident of Canada
- You are as obsessed as we are in providing exceptional customer service
- You have excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- You have a natural gift for making people feel comfortable and at ease
- You love engaging with the public and establishing strong, trusting relationships
- You have the desire to work with a dynamic team that values communication, collaboration, transparency, and hard work
- You are computer proficient with the ability to easily learn new programs
- Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred
**Nice to Haves**:
- Experience in sales is considered a major asset.
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered a major asset.
- 1+ years of Front Office experience is considered an asset.
- Clinical background is considered an asset.
- Certified Level 1 or 2 Dental Assistant is considered an asset.
