**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales team and maintain knowledge of sales and service department processes.- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.- Analyze and verify sales contracts for accuracy.- Stay informed about current financial services offerings and alternatives.- Work with lenders and financial institutions to arrange customer financing.-
- Guide Guests through the financing process, finalize purchases, and ensure all required documents are signed.- Offer clients tailored solutions for warranty and incentive options.- Build rapport and trust with Guests.- Ensure all transactions are legal and legitimate, protecting both the dealership and the customer.
- Collaborate with other managers to plan, forecast trends, and continuously review and revise dealership plans.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of **3 years** of Sales or Finance Manager experience in an Automotive Dealership

**Compensation**:
