**Summary**:
Reporting to the General Sales Manager the Desk Manager is responsible for managing and tracking of all sales deals.
Desk Managers are responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention thus insuring customer satisfaction. To achieve this, they must be current with all effective promotions and deadlines and have a strong product knowledge as well as strong customer relations skills.
The Desk Manager is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Desking deals:
Assisting on sales and closing deals.
- Manage deals:
- Follow sales process, delivery process and all other process introduced by upper
management and insure sales team follow the process’
- Insure all leads are responded to in a professional manner and under 20 minutes
- Insure all sub prime customers are called even if declined and advised
- Push trailer sales - insure salespeople offer a trailer on every deal.
- Coach salespeople on each deal with multiple offers to customer to choose from
- Meet every customer and close deals (get involved on the floor)
- Tracking deals;
- Insure salespeople log all leads in the CRM for all incoming leads,
- Review deals with the General Sales Manager and salespeople daily,
- Insure proper follow up is done on each deal
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have a valid OMVIC’s sales license

- Dealership: 2 years (preferred)
