We are currently seeking a **Account Administrator/Coordinator** to join our team in **Vancouver**, **British Columbia (CA-BC)**, **Canada (CA)**.

**Account Administrator/Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day activities for client accounts such as:

- team member onboarding,
- team member security clearances
- monthly invoice coordination with finance department (highly complex on this account due to contractual obligations),
- client budget and delivery reporting,
- financial tracking
- resource forecasting / allocation and assignment tracking, including communications with delivery teams to gather and collate inputs, provide reports and escalate issues such as over/under allocation
- coordination of weekly/monthly time entry and approvals processes, and oversight thereof
- coordination and execution of time corrections and moves
- Process Contracts and SOWs including amendments, extensions and WBS code handling
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise on accounts; own the pursuit of solution and/or escalation until resolved. For example:

- Invoice issues,
- WBS code access,
- resource onboarding blockers, and more
- Various account-related administrative tasks, as needed.
- Effectively collaborate with Clients and internal partners to provide an excellent client experience. This includes working towards mutual solutions, and clear communications on challenging situations to the Client and internal team.
- Utilizes appropriate systems and databases to enter client information and or retrieve information as needed to ensure accurate monthly client invoicing.
- Handles and responds promptly to inquiries from clients and/or anyone acting on behalf of the client regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information.
- Executes and collaborations in refining internal processes in coordination with other departments, in service to our clients.
- Actively collaborates with peers in a variety of departments, to support excellent service across all aspects of Clients' experience with NTT DATA.
- Identifies opportunities to continually improve service to our clients
- May manage small projects with oversight from their supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:

- History of supporting IT client accounts with moderate to deep complexity and providing administrative support for executive management and cross-functional technical teams.
- Recent experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio
- Time Management: ability to meet deadlines, organize and manage multiple priorities
- Create positive morale on team while working to achieve a common goal
- Manage multiple tasks, produce quality work on time sensitive deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
- Attention to details
- Require 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
