We’re looking for baristas who can bring new ideas to our cafe. We offer a safe, inclusive, professional environment for you to grow. We pay well including great tips We also have great perks and discounts at our cafe and roastery. We work and grow together as a team, and offer great learning opportunities.

Skills and Attributes
- Sociable, welcoming and interested in people.
- Interested in coffee and excited to learn more with limited direction.
- Able to operate an espresso machine to prepare espresso-based drinks to a high standard.
- Fluent in the using Point of Sale or Similar.
- Organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Fast learner.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with mínimal direction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their orders by preparing espresso-based drinks to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean store environment.
- Prepare orders for shipping and local pickups.
- Follow food handling procedures and provide information to customers about menu and different coffee.
- Offer creative ideas to enhance the experience and customers and improve operations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems. Also, assist in the store projects and creative ideas.
- Comply with all policies, procedures and health and safety standards.
- Ensuring customers have a great customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.65-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
