**Information Technology Quality Assurance (QA) & Tester**

**Job Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and execution of the IT quality assurance strategy, policies, processes, and governance framework.
- Work closely with implementation teams to design testing strategies and integrate testing into the implementation process.
- Plan and implement testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests) for new and existing functionality.
- Plan, create, execute, and automate test cases, working with user groups, developers, implementation partners, and other stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing conducted by business partners or end-users.
- Conduct exploratory testing and risk analysis for complex features, e.g., those that span across platforms or teams.
- Enhance and maintain the test automation framework.
- Research, recommend and implement new testing technologies and practices, such as incorporating machine learning.
- Define and champion quality and testing best practices among development and implementation teams.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied experience.
- Minimum 5 years of direct work experience with quality assurance testing experience, regulations, guidelines, and associated standards.
- Experience designing and implementing test plans.
- Experience writing test scripts and test automation scripts.
- Experience with test management tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, UiPath and Selenium preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of agile practices and experience with agile planning tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, customer-oriented and be able to work well independently as well as within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp and translate technical concepts, think independently, and take the initiative required to resolve issues in a team structure.
- Highly effective project management skills.

Working Conditions:

- Ability to attend and conduct meetings
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
