**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in a structured training program covering key management skills, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Assist current managers in day-to-day operations to gain practical experience in various managerial tasks.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or tasks to develop leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Complete assignments and assessments designed to test managerial competencies and readiness.
