- How your role will add to the story:

- We are looking for a Service Contracts Product Management Analyst. You will be the the lead person on the Service Contracts Team responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products, pricing, reporting and overseeing the synchronization of various internal systems.
- A day in the life:
- Ensure business logic is applied correctly for existing and new service contract products and is the Subject Matter Expert and go to person for internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Controlling, MB Vans, Customer Service BD, Warranty & Technical Services, IT, and any/all applicable external vendors.
- Improve the synchronization of ASSET and internal Mercedes systems such as VEGA, Oracle, and SWT etc.
- Support the reconciliation of data to ensure that the errors are identified and remediated using Automated Delta Reporting (ADR).
- Map out business processes and ensure that business logic is simplified AND executed in the rules and flow of the various systems.
- Take the lead on the development of new products for Passenger Car and Van.
- Work closely with the external vendor to ensure that timing commitments are met with new products entries.
- Maintain models list and anticipate new model additions prior to vehicle delivery to Dealers
- Work in collaboration with the Region Service Managers on monitoring performance and identifying Dealers where penetration is missing target.
- Create and organize training for Dealer staff in partnership with internal stakeholders, National Training and the external vendor.
- Support Dealers with customer issues, discrepancies and system issues to ensure Dealers can support our Customers properly.
