Calgary, Canada Pure Restoration Inc. Full time

PURE Restoration is a full spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company providing comprehensive service to residential and commercial customers and the insurance industry. We are currently seeking a full time Carpenter to start immediately.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- Finish and rough carpentry (casing, baseboards, cabinetry, doors, windows, framing, stairs, board-ups, etc.).
- Drywall repairs to paint-ready stage.
- Painting (baseboards, trims and etc.)
- Texturing (all types)
- Insulation and vapour barrier installation.
- Selective demolition as per Project Managers instructions and protects materials/structure for later use.
- Follows all health and safety policies and procedures and adheres to company standards at customer sites..
- Maintains good housekeeping discipline on the job to ensure a safe, non -cluttered workplace to minimize cross contamination.
- Ensures quality control targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensures deadlines are met or exceeded.
- Maintains professional and service focused approach with property owner, occupants of the property, co-workers, and sub-contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sites.
- Work 40 hours per week and overtime when required.

**Qualifications Required**:

- College diploma or certification in recognized construction/carpentry course preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and proven track record in restoration industry.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Able to lift items up to 50lbs.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- direct property restoration: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
