**How you will create impact**:
- Directing, adjusting and examining all varieties of claims including; Commercial Property, Casualty, Cargo, Auto, Energy, E&O/D&O, Cyber, and Equipment Breakdown.
- Providing direction and authority to claims staff. including, coaching, training, developing, and providing timely feedback to achieve department objectives.
- Investigating claims as assigned within authority and provide control and direction to adjusters, vendors, and solicitors to ensure adjusting standards and litigation protocols are adhered to.
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge of insurance coverages, claims handling procedures, investigation methods, and negotiation tactics.
- Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with all internal and external contacts including underwriting teams, Broker partners and vendors.
- Serving as key liaison for large MGA Program on claims related matters.
- Providing assistance to Regional Claims Manager on projects, initiatives, etc.

**To join our team**:
- Minimum 10 years of commercial claims experience is required.
- Extensive knowledge of Policy Wordings and Claims Handling procedures.
- CIP/FCIP designation is an asset.

Expected Salary Range: $86,250 - $143,750
