Factory Outlet Trailers is looking to add a Rental Coordinator to join our team, based out of our headquarters in High River, AB

Are you a natural born people person who can communicate clearly? Are you organized and efficient? Are your customer service skills above and beyond the norm? Are you active on social media and willing to expand the FOT rental division through multi media exposure? Do you know your way around a trailer?

This position will coordinate a variety of tasks relating to trailer rentals that will include:

- Responding to rental inquiries in a timely, effective and proactive manner
- Scheduling and providing trailer rentals at the FOT High River location
- Working with the service department to ensure all rentals are maintained, clean and serviceable
- Assisting the clients in hooking up the trailer, performing a circle check list and ensuring the client experience is first rate
- Serving on call for enquiries and providing support for emergency breakdowns
- Working with rental clients to ensure all contractual agreements are met by both parties and all FOT procedures are followed
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment
- Coordinate with shop staff regarding repair status and availability of all rental units
- Work with Sales staff in lead generation and track leads by rep
- Answer telephone and understand client’s needs and close opportunities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience operating and troubleshooting basic trailer equipment
- The ability to accurately multi-task under pressure with attention to detail
- Flexibility, the ability to problem solve, and understand trailer towing, loading and connecting a trailer to a tow vehicle
- The ability to lift 50 pounds
- To maintain adequate product knowledge of trailers, towing and load requirements

This is a full-time position, the hours of work will vary and the work week rotates between Monday and Saturday. You must be able to work Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays with days off in between being flexible. The pay scale will range between $40,000 and $60,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Additional pay in the form of performance based bonus will occur after 3 months of employment.
