- Quality assurance of incoming service requests.
- Update and maintain client databases.
- Communicate with our Clients
- Will get RIBO License
**Qualifications**
- Languages: English & Cantonese must be fluent
- Languages: Mandarin is an asset.
- Minimum 1-year work experience
- Post-Secondary Education is an Asset
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Insurance Web Portal Data Entry, Google Apps,
- Power-Broker / Tam / SigXP / Applied Ratings experience is an asset.
