You will be responsible for maintaining a safe winter environment for our clients whether it be our residential, commercial or condominium clientele. **Responsibilities**:

- **Operate snow plow equipment to clear our clients properties**:

- **Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal**:

- **Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary**:

- **Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate snow removal efforts**:

- **Digitally maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports**

**Qualifications**:

- **Must have a Smart Phone**:

- **Valid G driver's license and clean drivers abstract**:

- **Previous experience operating snow plow equipment preferred**:

- **Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions for extended periods of time**:

- **Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately**:

- **Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors**:

- **Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor as required**
