Experienced Snow Plow Operator – Snow Removal Pay: $30- $40/hr + $300/week standbyContract: Nov 17, 2025 – Mar 29, 2026Location: Various GTA client sites We’re looking for experienced snow plow operators to join our winter snow removal team. You’ll operate a pick up truck with a snow plow to clear parking lots and laneways at condo sites. Reliability, safety, and strong equipment skills are essential — an in-person drive test is required. What You’ll Do Be on-call 24/7 and respond quickly (within 60 minutes) during snow events Safely operate a truck with a plow and salter Load your truck with salt Follow site maps and complete routes accurately and on time Perform equipment checks, fueling, and basic maintenance Communicate with supervisors and work as part of a team Follow all safety standards and wear PPE Our Core Values: The Foundation of Our Team We Are Professional: We show up on time and in uniform, take ownership, speak respectfully, and act with integrity.
