We are searching for an experienced Sales and Design Consultant with at least five years of professional experience building relationships and executing remarkable designs. We are looking for some show & tell where you’ve inspired clients, and have managed the complete sales and design process, with some impressive results to back it up.
**Your Background**
- You have 5+ years’ experience in Kitchen Design and Millwork Sales, with industry contacts.
- You can translate insights into actions with customers and stakeholders.
- You love learning personally and professionally and you seek to always improve and better yourself.
- You can see the bigger picture at 30,000 feet and can zero in on the details without getting stuck.
- You’re personable and know how and when to turn on your networking skills.
- You desire to work in a fast-paced team and drive change with multiple projects that contribute to the greater good of the team and organization.
- You have a track record of excellent relationship management and proven results.
- Cabinet Vision experience is preferred, but if you’re a technology titan with experience with 20/20, AutoCAD or similar software and love learning new systems and processes we can train you.
- You’re proficient with interpreting third-party architectural and design drawings, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- You have the willingness to learn and live the organizational values.
**Millwork Sales & Design Job Responsibilities**
- Build meaningful relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, and builders.
- Create beauty from your designs and value through your process.
- Exceed customer expectations in the showroom/on-site presentations.
- Business Development through research, prospecting and contacting new customers.
- Build and maintain a book of business, through prospecting and inbound leads.
- Delight the customer through a complete cycle of interaction (first contact, design stage, project installation and completion).
- Deliver our customer’s vision through knowledgeable consultation throughout the entire process.
- Review files for completeness of information and correct discrepancies.
- Produce accurate estimates of submitted projects.
- Communicate with site and production staff with regard to installation and design requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM data.
- Assist relevant parties in troubleshooting any issues pertaining to an order.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients.
- Identify industry trends and communicate findings to the team.

Base + commission
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
