Design Consultant

Our company is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our sales and design team. We are an establish business and a leader in both residential and commercial outdoor living projects. The sales and design team play a pivotal role in both the design and completion of our projects. This role requires a blend of skills such as leadership, communication, and project management with the ability and desire to reach yearly sales target of $1.2M plus.

**Responsibilities**

Client Management:
Collaborate with homeowners, general contractors, architect and designers to establish a projects scope of work., Develop comprehensive project plans with the help our our project manager and sales manager.

Lead Management:
Leads our generated though different sources and relationships. It is important to follow up and build relationships on new enquiries and to continue building on existing ones.

Lead Generation:
There will be an opportunity to work at trade shows to bring product awareness to local events. There is also many opportunities to reach out to; construction companies, hospitality industry, designers, restoration to help build a larger portfolio of clients

Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets. Proactively address challenges as they arise.

Time Management: This role requires travel to clients homes and job sites, working and spending time at our office, with some work being able to be competed at home. Finding the right mix to be effective is the key.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
