A typical day would involve the following:

- Help create and support positive customer experiences
- Day-to-Day Account Support, first point of contact for key accounts
- Development of Wireless strategy and Support
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationship
- Inquiries regarding complementary mobility solutions, Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud Solutions to enhance your business
- Negotiation and maintenance of mobility service contracts with Bell
- Hardware inquiries, new phones, replacements, and upgrades
- Device deployments and activations
- Questions regarding new devices

To be considered for this permanent position, you will have the following background:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven Customer Service Skills
- Quick learner, who works well independently, as well as part of a team
- Experience in the wireless industry an asset
- Sales experience an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
