**Position Description**

The warehouse associate processes orders, accepts deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized, which includes everything from physically moving products around the warehouse space to properly maintaining all shipping and receiving records.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Unloading and reloading containers
- Tracking and logging all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.
- Accepting deliveries of company products and storing them accordingly.
- Ordering and restocking supplies.
- Picking, Packing and shipping orders for delivery.
- Filling out Bill of Lading and scheduling with transporters for pick up.
- Inspecting all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.
- Reporting and returning damaged products.
- Operating forklift or other machinery required for transporting large orders and heavy products.
- Using WMS (Warehouse Management Software) programs to monitor inventory.
- Keeping warehouse area clean and organized.
- Reporting to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving.
- Following instructions by direct supervisor

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Possesses strong organizational skills.
- Is detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.
- Maintains physical stamina and strength required to move heavy equipment and product weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Enjoys teamwork, has great communications skills, has initiative and demonstrates alertness.
- Must be capable of managing time effectively and multitasking as necessary.
- Follow health and safety requirements

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be certified to operate forklifts and other machinery used for moving and transporting products.

**Work Environment**
- The majority of a typical 8-5 workday is spent in a warehouse, with a 1-hour break.
- Daily meeting with supervisor
