Front Desk Receptionist

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in client information and records.
- Maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
- Support the administrative team with clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office environment is required; experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Ability to type efficiently with good proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous but not required. Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients while supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
