**Position Title**:Registration Coordinator
**Reports To**: Membership Manager
**Position Status**: Full-Time, 6-month Contract
**Compensation**: 40,000 per year
**Start Date**: Immediately
**Location**: John W. Lindsay YMCA

**The Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for coordination of registration fees, including payment processing, billing collection and reporting processes. Responsible for daily/monthly cash outs and bank deposits. Ensure accounts processes abide with association policy guidelines
- Preparation, interpretation, and report out on metrics and comply with Association reporting requirements. Ensure appropriate record retention and security protocols in keeping with Association requirements
- Foster positive relationships with YMCA families, participants, external agencies and community partners to further YMCA community impact
- Management of third-party billing process
- Balance the petty cash and support the processing of the expenditures to CONCUR (AP)
- Be a Super User for Active Net and UPACE developing the knowledge of the system to be able to be the go to person for training and problem solving
- Work collaboratively with Finance to ensure GL mapping codes and revenue recognition modes assigned to programs are approved in advance of going live
- Run reports as required on subsidy, membership stats and assist Association to fully leverage the tools available in Active NET to develop a team of Super Users as the organization grows
- Coordinate training requirements in ACTIVE NET and UPACE for new employees and develop a role specific access rules that can be audited and reported on
- Coordinate set up and removal of employee logons in Active NET and UPACE
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree, diploma in Business/ working experience with Registrations fee-based organizations or related field
- Collections experience
- 2 years’ experience in Office Administration, Program Administration
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Demonstrated ability to tactfully handle sensitive situations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines and priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
