Bridge Project Manager

**Job Description**:
We currently have an opening for a **Bridge Project Manager** in our **Winnipeg** office. In this position, you will lead bridge design projects and project teams, from inception to completion. You may also do project design as a secondary function.
As part of the Winnipeg Bridges & Structures team, you will report to the Manager, Bridges & Structures in the Winnipeg Office.
**Job Requirements**:
What you will bring:
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or an associated discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution
- P.Eng. in good standing with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in design, contract administration, and client relations, as related to structural infrastructure projects
- Experience in project management
- Experience in mentoring and training staff in a collegial environment
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and retain clients for repeat business
- Interest in engineering in rural communities
- A Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is a preferred asset
- PMP designation is a preferred asset
- Possess a valid class 5 driver's license
- Available to travel as required
