**What’s the ask?**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform duties relating to filing, boxing, photocopying, printing and scanning
- Perform data entry into the appropriate databases
- Maintain files, records, and other documentation, and ensure that they are organized and easily accessible
- Support the various operational teams with administrative, clerical and ad-hoc tasks
- Support project management administrative duties
- Participate in special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

**What does it take?**
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for a long period of time with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate good judgement, reliability, and professionalism in fast paced environment
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Demonstrate good judgement, reliability & professionalism in fast paced environments
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in all situations
- Experience in an office environment is considered an asset
- Bilingual, written and oral (English and French), is considered an asset
