**Job Summary**

**Task involved but not limited to are as follows**:

- Obtaining and reviewing client provided quote requests, including verification and thorough understanding of requirements.
- Responsible for tracking of estimated jobs from submission to award, ongoing follow up with client project managers on non-awarded jobs, and relay of client project manager feedback to RPB management.
- Advanced technological proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Spatial Net and SharePoint
- Demonstrated advanced ability to consider and understand the full scope of a project
- Enter data into RPB Production tracking mechanism, review trends related to production and budget
- Download and file subcontractor documents and photos as necessary.
- Grasping overall “Big Picture” of jobs in que and importance of job deadlines to specific jobs.
- Coordinating with subcontractor representatives and foremen on what needs to get completed and holding subcontractors accountable to schedule and budgetary constraints.
- Tracking of job progress and relaying status of jobs for RPB reports and client updates as required.
- Demonstrated ability to assess schedule, schedule slippage and the impacts of a variety of production related complications accurately and consistently on schedule such as the impact of ground conditions, weather, actual experienced production rates and trends, and manpower.
- Job package completion and transmission to client
- Intermediate technological proficiency - ability to use computers and software such as Microsoft Word and Excel to generate documentation and complete administrative tasks
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with client representatives.
- Advanced ability to effectively communicate with client representatives and negotiate favorable outcomes.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management roles with a strong understanding of various methodologies is an asset
- Experience in quality management practices within project environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

JOB TO COMMENCE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
