We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Landscape Laborer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscape features, such as garden beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform general clean-up tasks, including leaf and debris removal, to ensure a neat and tidy appearance of clients’ properties.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks on time and to the required standard.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in gardening and lawn care is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and lawn care practices.
- Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
