Saige Homecare has been providing client focused care in Calgary and surrounding communities for over 10 years.

Saige Homecare is currently looking for a caring and compassionate Health Care Aide for an adolescent client in Cougar Ridge, SW Calgary.
Shifts are currently 3 hours long, and will increase with the right caregiver. We can offer shifts with additional clients to build the schedule.
**Monday to Thursday**: 3-6pm
**Friday**: 12-5pm or longer

Preference will be given to caregivers who can drive and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Have availability to commit to these shifts ongoing
- Are currently working elsewhere and looking to supplement your hours
- Are looking for part-time or full-time hours
- Are a nursing student looking for seasonal work
- Comfort around pets will be an asset.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ability to follow Care Plan
- Documentation, Reporting and Charting
- Ambulation and transporting clients
- Medication reminders and monitoring
- Mobility assistance
- Alzheimer's and dementia care

**Requirements**:

- Health Care Aide Certificate or Certified Healthcare Professional from country of origin
- Valid CPR/First Aid at Health Care Professional Level
- Current Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (Completed in the last 6 months)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Access to a computer and cell phone
- Driver's license in good standing with access to a reliable vehicle
