**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safe and accessible roadways during winter weather conditions.

Looking for individuals to Shovel Walkways

Also looking for someone who can help with Fall cleanups, Raking leaves, blowing leaves, dump runs. If done well, this may be guaranteed a position in the winter months on our team.

**Duties**
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, driveways, and parking lots.
- Ensuring properties are left cleared properly ensuring the safety of the client
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for tasks such as building barriers or performing repairs.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others while operating machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage snow removal operations.

**Qualifications**
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in adverse weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to snow removal equipment are a plus.
- Ability to drive a truck and a trailer MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
