**We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to work at Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC. The Receptionist is the first face our customers see when they enter our dealership and the voice they hear when they call us. This role plays an integral part in demonstrating the exceptional customer service we provide to our customers, right off the bat**:
**Hours are 12-20 hours per week.**:
**The Job Responsibilities**:

- ** Greet all visitors to the dealership and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or place**:

- ** Answer the main switchboard and direct calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner**:

- ** Track demo usage, license plate check outs and returns, gas cards and other pertinent items related to sales**:

- ** Assist with entering keys into our Vehicle Management System when new units arrive**:

- ** Assist with dealer transfers by ensuring all items needed are collected and waiting to go out when the unit is being collected**:

- ** Responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail, faxes, packages, etc, as well as ensuring parcels requested to be sent by Purolator are sent correctly and in a timely manner**:

- ** General administration duties as assigned**:
