Your mission is to provide quality service by welcoming customers, offering menus and drinks, taking orders, offering courteous and efficient service, managing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. As a server, your responsibilities include:

- Setting up morning, noon, and evening services and being ready to warmly welcome customers to their table as soon as they are seated by the hostess.
- Providing service to customers and processing payments.
- Having perfect knowledge of the menus offered in the restaurant and bar, as well as the wine and cocktail list.
- Knowing the table numbers for the restaurant, bar, and M Club, as well as the different services offered by the hotel.
- Maintaining a constantly clean work environment (both front and back) and taking care of the places and equipment necessary for the service.
- Preparing tables and filling consoles for the next shift.
- Closing bills and making deposits after the end of the shift.

**Salary**: The salary is $19.65/hour and comes with benefits and preferential rates in all hotels owned by the Tidan Group.

**Required Profile**:

- Have interpersonal skills;
- Possess an innate sense of customer service;
- Provide superior quality service in accordance with our standards;
- Have a perfect knowledge of the menu;
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the wine list, classic cocktails;
- Adopt exemplary professional attitudes and behaviors, such as great autonomy, excellent stress management, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team;
- Have in-depth knowledge of sommelier and a good knowledge of mixology;
- Respect the hygiene and safety procedures related to catering;
- Knowledge of billing software such as Micros is an asset.

**Required Experience**:
At least one (1) season of professional experience on a large capacity terrace or three (3) years in a large capacity restaurant.

**Education**:

- High school diploma (DES).

**Languages**:

- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position as we serve an international clientele.

**Availability**:

- Weekdays and weekends.
