We are looking for a **Technical Analyst** who will primarily be responsible for providing technical support to our customers on DCM’s E-commerce systems (DCMFLEX), ongoing account maintenance and template creation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide first-level technical support and training to our clients to effectively utilize our
- Address client inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally
- Set up and manage online user profiles and customer catalogues
- Create a Quadient Template from an InDesign File and Mapping Data, while working with custom fonts and images

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- In-depth knowledge and experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical system issues
- E-commerce related background and knowledge of JavaScript is an asset
